Offbrand from Taiwan

I'm not even sure whether or not to classify this as Indie brand or off brand. Honestly I feel like I bought this more because the store owner was super friendly and I wanted to support a Lolita establishment in Kaohsiung, Taiwan when I lived there (though as I rightly predicted, due to not having the market in Kaohsiung, the store went out of business very quickly :( I still applaud their valiant attempt though!) 

So I bought it thinking I'd find *something* to do with it, and then never really wore it. 

I'm hoping I can find someone who can appreciate this piece, as it is quite interesting and lovely!
