This is a stretch polyester blend top with tucks on both front and back for appearance and for fitting. Black buttons down the front and what I call bubble sleeves. The elastic is further inside the sleeve allowing the fabric to fold over itself giving a bubble look. This is an american size small. No flaws that I've noticed.
