Originally purchased in Japan from Closet Child, and worn a couple times by me. A very cute and versatile old school piece! It even has a small built-in petticoat that can add a bit of casual poof. I do not know what the exact name of the skirt is, though I am pretty sure it is a version of Baby's Karami Torchon Lace Skirt. I included a Lolibrary link to the most similar one I could find.
I originally purchased it in very good condition, and there are no noticeable defects other than a general feeling of age/ wear. The built-in petti still has lots of poof and feels stiff though! Length: 45cm (17.7in) including lace
Waist: 56cm to 96cm (22in to 37.8in)
I would recommend your waist measurement to be around 90cm or under for it to be comfortable :)
