I do own two cats. I try keep them away from my clothing items, and while this is a new blouse that has only been removed to try on, please keep this in mind if you have allergies! I can't guarantee that their fur didn't get on the blouse at all. 
Bought this early on in my lolita journey and underestimated my own measurements, foolishly ^_^. Fabric is chiffon, buttons are fake on the front and will not unbutton. Comes with a ribbon and detachable bow.
Please note the sleeves/shoulders run a bit tight. With a shoulder measurement of ~32 cm it felt a little too tight for me, so please be advised of that! If you need any additional measurements or photos, please message me directly. <3
