I got this at a Kawaii shop when first getting into lolita. It's way too big for me and just sits in my closet gathering dust.
It's a 2XL i think? I don't have the tags though.

waist: 29in
hips: 38in}
And i find this dress to be too big and the material is heavy. But the quality is amazing for BL to be honest.
I has ruffle details, with a removable front bow.
I come from a smoke free home, though i do have a long hair cat and his hair gets everywhere. Though i keep him away from my dresses some hair may be on the dress. I'll do my best to make sure it arrives hairless.

And the holes for the arms are about 6 in
