Black petticoat purchased secondhand on Lacemarket, has been laundered prior to selling.
It gives a medium poof (see photo; skirt in photo not included) and the volume has held up very well over the years. However, the hem is prone to fraying, so it will need continued maintenance. See photos for what the repaired sections look like, and an example of what the fraying will look like. I'll repair the frayed section in the photo before shipping out, though.
