The dress is really comfortable and cute. It has a good amount of shirring in the back. It can go up to a 86 cm in the waist, but it would be a little tight. Also in bust I would say up to about 97 cm, but again a little tight. I would stay lower than that. Must pay with PayPal. Paypal fees included. Please ask me for a quote for shipping cost.
