This item was released I would guess around 10 years ago. I am the original owner and have worn it many times over the years. It is super easy to wear casually but you can also dress it up with a petticoat for a lolita shape/look. Considering its age it is in good condition, I couldn't find any stains, fading, etc.

Waist: about 70-82cm
Length w/ straps: about 89cm
