Mint, cream, and gold, BTSSB Bichon cirque half shirred JSK. NWOT.

This is the lovely Bichon cirque JSK by BTSSB. It’s never worn and in perfect condition- new without tags- however it is missing back lacing ribbion. I took it out to try it on and the ribbion was lost. I am the first owner (I got it in a lucky pack.)
i could not find the measurements for this JSK but I’d recommend it for smaller busts - I’m 98” and it did not fit me. There are 3 buttonholes in the straps for adjustment. The fabric is the thicker type textured one they do on some of their JSKs.

Bust- stretched to Max =36.5” or 93cm
Bust flat- 32.5”

Max stretched the top measurement is 36” and flat is 31”
