Beth (Victorian Maiden) Double Ribbon Pleated Skirt
This is a beautiful dusty pink skirt by Beth, an offshoot brand from Victorian Maiden. It was bought secondhand and worn once by me. It is in like new condition, and includes both detachable ribbons as pictured in the stock photo. It is a sturdy cotton.
Despite the measurements on lolibrary, this skirt has a waist size of approximately 27 inches. It is designed to be worn low on the waist, almost falling to the hips. I've included a worn photo to illustrate this. It is not shirred.
