This is a handmade sweet country skirt. While made by a hobbyist and not a seamstress, this skirt is well made with partial shirring, lining with tulle, and a pocket!
 The underskirt, however, has some “well no one will see it anyway!” sloppiness to it including black pattern markings and an uneven edge on the top edge/seam of the tulle. But…. no one will see it! These flaws are invisible when worn.
