Bought new. Tried on, but otherwise never worn. It has been washed though, as it was stored unused for ~a year ish. Condition is therefore Like New, just rather wrinkled from washing. I have steamed it, and I will re-steam before sending, my steamer is just cheap and not all that effective!
Has a detachable neckbow.
Minor manufacturing defect on back lower shoulder area, a sewing machine slip I guess! Not really that noticeable.
