Beginner Old School Lolita Set

1.) *Damaged* BABY blouse
-blouse has yellowing in underarm area that was given to me that way. I tried to bleach but it didn’t lift. Tag reflects attempts To lighten the stains with bleaching. I just noticed a small tear in the fabric on the second to the last button at the bottom. It’s not noticeable when buttoned!
Total amateur measurements but the measurements are as follows:
Blouse (has a small shirring panel in the back):
Bust: 30-38”
Waist: 28-32”
The sleeves have a drawstring so the max is 10” flat
