Begginer pettiecoat 

First of all excuse how undedressed I am I was in a hurry :)

This is a very cheap made pettiecoat but ideal for somebody who is just starting and dont have the money yet to invest in undergarments. 

Its close to cupcake shape and made from stiff tull. It has some loose threads but it wasnt any better when I got it few years ago.The skirt is not for sale but only to show the shape.

The measurments are:

• waist : 60-70cm / 23-27inch (the elascic can be hooked somewhat smaller or bigger by a few cm/about inch 
• leinght : about 40cm/ 15inches
