Begginer/cheap pettiecoat

First of all excuse how undedressed I am I was in a hurry :)

This is a cheaply made pettiecoat but ideal for somebody who is just starting out or for anybody who doesnt really care about the poof that much.

The paterial is not stiff but its not very hight qality eather. It has some loose threads and the waistband is a bit colored due to me wearing it scrumbled up to make up for my height. The skirt is not for sale but only to show the shape.

The measurments are:

• waist : 70-80cm / 27-31inch , but it probalby can stratch a little bigger but it wont be too comfortalbe
• leinght : with the waist part rolled up its 47cm/18inch, with the waist normally its 68cm/26inch
• photo is taken on the heigt of 158cm/ about 5ft 1inch
