I've worn this skirt only once and it's in a very good condition.The green tulle layer shimmers in different shades of green, depending on the light.
The skirt is made of dark green satin.

It is said to fit a waist size of 60cm ~ 86cm, but it can go up to 95 cm (it's a bit tight though, but I was able to wear it)
