Perfect dress for Valentines!
The chocolate box heart at the chest is so precious! The wine colorway also is perfect in this dress.
My favorite part of the print is the cups of hot chocolate with heart marshmallows in it.
I find the lolibrary measurements to be accurate, but I can hand measure it upon request. 
It has one pocket, removable front bow and waist ties, a real side zipper (rather than an invisible zipper, that are unreliable), adjustable straps and chocolate box lace at the hem. The material is a lightweight polyester that feels soft and nice, not icky.
Comes with the matching headbow/KC, which is also NWT.
