Be My Valentine~Bless from Juno and the Aria of birds Skirt
I bought this at a con a few months ago. I have no idea how many owners its gone through. The condition looks fairly good, I can't see any damages or marks. There are however a few loose strings especially around the detachable bow.
This skirt has a small amount of shirring but it is very petite. Absolute max waist is probably around 69cm
