This vest is from the indie brand Baroque and was a custom sized piece that I bought from Lolita Collective. I believe it was a secondhand piece, though I'm not 100% sure. Either way, it arrived in an excellent condition and I only wore it once for an event. This is a very well made and quality piece that matches the other pieces in this line, but unfortunately doesn't have a lolibrary link. It is very plus size friendly, but just a little too big on me. The rough flat measurements are:
Waist: 48.5 cm
Bust: 52 cm
