I'm the only owner of this skirt and I have maintained it in like-new condition. Never worn aside from trying it on. While I adore the pattern, I never got around to purchasing items to make a full coord.
This skirt has shirring on the back.

~ ♡~ Included with the skirt is the matching pair of tights. The tights are 'free size' but I suggest they get used by someone who is a Medium. Never worn by me personally, but have let a slimmer friend wear it. ~ ♡~
