Beautiful black/blue shirred skirt from Baroque! This piece is a bit longer than typical skirts. These two features make it great for plus sized and tall lolitas! Comes with 2 bows - one to pin to the waist band, and another you can use as a headbow! In great condition - I am the second owner but I've only ever tried it on. Waist: 66-100 cm

Hi! The main reason I don't ship internationally is because I do not own a scale, so I'm not always sure if my estimates are correct. However, from what I am able to discern from the USPS website, a one pound package to NZ would be about $25 tracked. I did ship international once under the agreement that she sent me a certain amount of money, I brought it to the post office to be shipped, and if tracked shipping was too expensive I would send it untracked and then refund her the rest of the amount that she sent for shipping (This package was a bit heavy in particular, so it ended up being like 25 untracked). I would definitely make an exception for New Zealand though since I enjoy the All Blacks, ha. But yeah, if you don't mind the possibility of untracked shipping I'm willing to work that out. If not, I completely understand, international shipping can be a pain in the butt.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply in such detail! I think that around $25 tracked sounds fair and about right. I was asking for a friend so I will get back to you if she wants to go ahead :)
