Original seller said waist measure was 86-100 cm and length was 64cm - I don’t personally find it nearly that flexible. Would recommend for the smaller end of the scale.

which size is this and what is the waist measurement? Would this be too big for 60 cm waist?

There’s both an L and XL tag in the skirt. My waist is 94cm and it isn’t a comfortable fit, so I’d recommend it for smaller. The waist for the L is a 78 so it may be a touch too big without alteration.
