The straps around the neck are there as in the first picture, just tucked in on my pictures because I couldn't get them to not look awkward otherwise.

It's quite wide despite the measurements, probably due to the fact the bust end is so high and there is no defined waist, so it should fit a western size medium. (for comparison, I'm a size S-XS and it's too big). The shirring on the back allows for a lot of stretch as well.

I'm selling the dress because it doesn't fit me. I've never worn it outside of trying it on, however I have bought it used on this same site a while ago.

There is no damage other than for wrinkles from being stored for a while.
