Bought secondhand from Wunderwelt. There is a small stain on the lower right-hand ruffle and I have modified it to have a side seam pocket. I believe this may have been a lucky pack dress and I cannot find an exact match on lolibrary. The closest I can find is https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-babydoll-jsk-and-head-bow-set although my one doesn't have a side zip.
