As much as I love this blouse, it just doesn't match any of the pinks in my wardrobe. 
I would like to trade for a white, full shirring blouse, but if someone bids on this I will no longer be able to trade.
Aside from a little bit of wrinkles, this blouse is in immaculate condition for its age.

There isn't any sizing info for this particular blouse, but Baby did release a very similar Babydoll blouse the following year that lists the max bust at 140cm, length 55cm.
