SHIPPING:
☆ Items will be shipped within seven business days unless otherwise indicated. If you need your item by a specific date, please let me know! I work full time and my post office does not have a self-service kiosk, so I need to make arrangements to ship.
☆ Tracking will be updated via PayPal, and I will likely not message you tracking. That doesn't mean there is no tracking! Check PayPal and/or your email.
☆ International buyers: I prefer not to ship untracked or to mark down packages. I will choose the cheapest shipping method by default unless you request otherwise.
RECEIVING YOUR ITEM:
☆ Once the package is sent, I am not responsible for any transit-related damage or if it is lost. However, I will assist you in tracking the package down, attempting to figure out what happened, etc.
☆ If something has gone wrong on my end once you receive your item--undisclosed stains, missing bows or ribbons, etc.--I am happy to discuss a solution, such as a retroactive discount or shipping reimbursement.
