Baby the Stars Shine Bright Stand Collar Chiffon Blouse
A beautiful blouse from BTSSB, honestly one of my favorites. There are
so many little details that make this blouse! The buttons are heart
shaped and the lace has floral and fleur-de-lis motifs.

This was bought secondhand from Japan. I do not think it was worn much because the elastic in the sleeves still needs to be broken in. There is no shirring, but the sleeves are stretchable and can be posed to cover your hands or rest atop them. As far as I can tell, there are no flaws, though the lace can be a bit fuzzy in some areas. This seems to be characteristic of the type they use, however. The black has not faded, I just have poor lighting in my house.
