Great Condition! Fully shirred, can fit a large range of sizes. The elastic on the straps is nice and tight because it was not hung from a hanger. The back is bustled with white, lace-edged tiers. The buttons holding on the waist ties have a cool swirly pattern. There is one very small spot, please see the last picture. It's pretty small, only a millimeters across.
