BSSB Shirring full shirring JSK in pink and white.
I am the second owner, I'm unsure of how the first owner stored it but I hang it by the waist and not the straps to avoid stretching. I've only set it onto a hanger for purposes of taking pictures for this listing. A bit wrinkled and the buttons are slightly scuffed (barely noticeable IRL but I tried and failed to pick up the scuffs with my camera anyways.) I am unsure of the exact maximum measurements and am wary to stretch the dress to check because of the age and worries of damaging the shirring. If you have any questions message me, but be aware I won't take returns even if it's due to the dress not fitting.
