This dress is old. I bought it from another seller, who had unfortunately lost the bow that you see on the front in the lolibrary picture!

The flap under the collar is detachable. I have never worn it, because - let me tell you - this is a TINY dress.

These are the lolibrary measurements. I will put them here, HOWEVER, I find that these measurements are actually a bit inaccurate. The arms are really tight, and I cannot get it to zip up around my ribcage. I will take flat measurements and put them here for your reference.
