Very pretty high waisted JSK. The pattern is on a sparkly tulle layer with flocking. Bust is fully shirred, it should fit a variety of sizes comfortably! The sleeves are also shirred/stretchy, and wider; you can wear them like regular straps or like little cap sleeves (like an OP). The bow is removable.

Do you think the bust could stretch beyond the listed measurements? It looks very stretchy.

I think it could at least a couple of inches. It’s shirred all the way around, and I was able to measure it to 110cm easily.
