I believe this bag to be quite old. The lace is yellowed and the charm is tarnished, but there are no physical damages to the bag. The pink ribbon is detachable and the bag closes with a cloth drawstring. I'm sorry shipping is so expensive, it's hard to safely mail purses without a large box
I haven't tried to clean the lace but based on experience with Baby's cotton lace, oxiclean should do the trick
