Condition is poor, the material has degraded due to age and although there isn't a lot of flaking presently, I believe when worn they could peel/ flake especially near the buckle area and scallops Purchased secondhand in this condition and I've had them stored in the box for a few years. They are smaller than the typical M from Baby, so I could not fit them. No bow clips. Marks on the back of the heels and darker area on the back bows.
