I'm not sure what this dress is called. It looks like a hybrid between Chelsea and Lace Frill. I can't find a Lolibrary entry for it so unfortunately I can't say from what year this is. I could find a worn photo on a model (second pic), but that's all I have to go on.

Measurements:

Bust: 80-85cm (shirred back)

Waist: 72 cm
Length: 83 cm (measured from the top of the bodice to the bottom hem)

I bought it second hand, but it is in excellent condition. The invisible zipper has been replaced for a non-invisible one, but it's still concealed by some fabric. This increases wearability, because invisible zippers tend to break or get stuck past the waist. The dress is not ironed in the photos (I only iron dresses when I'm about to wear them) but I will wash and iron the dress before shipping it out.
