It looks a lot like Waist Double Ribbon Lace Frill JSK (2007) just with two pieces of lace and waist bows removed? It has the same pintucking/pleating at the bottom of the skirt panel... what do you think? - https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-waist-double-ribbon-lace-frill-jsk

Since the front lace is different and there are no bows I don't think it's the same release.

Amateur measurement, but I would estimate the max bust to be around 89cm
