Bought this second hand, but did not like how it looked on me

a button and attachable waist ties are missing, otherwise no signs of wear. 

This includes a button up blouse, JSK and matching head bow.

Dress has adjustable elastic backing however because the blouse does not adjust I would suggest this for no more than a 34” bust, 28” waist.
