Bought second hand from Japan and haven't worn myself except to try on. Has been laundered. Shirring in perfect condition. One of the hair ties seems to have a little knot like if it broke and was tied back together. The colors are a pretty good match.
Measurements from lolibrary (cm) I think if you remove the corset lacing it can fit larger, possibly slightly over 100cm+ bust.
