The dress is brand new without tag, I just tried on to see how it fit.
It has adjustable shoulder straps with 3 button holes (picture 5) and shirring on the back. The bow is detachable.
The bottom of the dress has beautiful chiffon ruffles (picture 4) that will look even better with a peticoat  to make it puffy. The lace on the bottom has adorable Kumya print (picture 9).
On top of that he dress is made with soft and shiny fabric which makes it sparkle <3
