Baby the Stars Shine Bright Ivory Waist Shirring Blouse
Affordable brand blouse in need of TLC!
Recently received in the mail, in hopes I could clean it up and restore it. Unfortunately, it did not fit and I don't have the time/money to get it professionally cleaned. It is a Baby the Stars Shine Bright brand blouse, with some darker stains on the front and back. It has yellowed around the collar from use. Everything else is in PERFECT condition, it just desperately needs the cleaning!! Valued at $80~ this is a great project for a new or veteran Lolita!! Plus size friendly (fit at 45" bust), but not recommended for broad shoulders.
