It is a printed cotton dress with satin ribbon

There is full back shirring and it will fit a range of sizes. I recommend a bust of 44in or smaller, but if you don't mind it quite snug it will fit a 46in bust.

I have never worn this dress (only tried it on) and the person I purchased it from only wore it once.
