Bought second-hand. The skirt is no longer in pristine condition, I noticed quite a few stains here and there upon looking up closely (they are usually similar in colour than the print and I never inspected that skirt before reselling it). The waist ties are unusable because one of them got stained in bleach in a very noticeable manner, but there is ton of fabric left in them which could be repurposed by a savvy buyer. The waist band has yellowed inside and on the top outside.

It has a built in petticoat of very light poof. It is a great starter piece, as I said I wouldn't even have noticed the stains but for this sale (thanks to the print). I set the condition to major damage mostly for the waist ties, and I suppose some of these stains are big albeit faded. The colour is interesting. It's really grey now. Suits the Halloween theme perfectly.

Length: approximately 59 cm
Waist: approximately 64 cm, however there is a lot of give because of the back shirring. I measured up to 72cm.
