Size small/medium

Purchased second hand and sadly it didn't fit.  Original home smoked and I have washed the piece and treated it with essential oils but it still has a scent that's why it is listed as minor damage.  I would say the size is small to medium, no shirring.  It fit a C bust, but not around the shoulders. Headdress was hand made to match the dress.  Can have it mailed day after purchase (as long as it isn't Sunday). No returns.
