My signature / proof is a small owlet. - All items come from a smoke-free, pet-free household. - I accept payment via PayPal or cash (in person). All listings include PayPal fees, but not S&H. - Upon winning the auction, payment must be made within 72 hours. - I recycle packaging, so your shipment may come in a clean but clearly re-used padded envelope from e.g. other stores, sellers, or Amazon. - I always aim to ship within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. - Installment plans must be cleared in advance via DM. - All installment plans are subject to a non-refundable downpayment. For items under $300, that is 25% of the price. For anything over $300, please DM to discuss. - Apologies, but there should be no situation where returns are accepted. I take very good care to inspect everything prior to shipment & document the condition of the pieces in my listing honestly. If I identify any flaw that I didn't notice prior to listing, I will make sure you're kept in the loop about accepting those flaws first.
