This is a pair of Baby the Stars Shine Bright black ribbon high socks. These were sold in 2009 and are new with tags and have never been worn. They are 23 inches from top to toe and look to be about 9 inches from toe to heel. Japanese sizing is 22-24. They are cute knit nylon socks with cotton lace at the top that has ribbons running through it. This has been carefully stored in my non-smoking home. I do have cats but clothing is stored away from them and all items are cleaned with a lint roller before being shipped. This is new with tags and has not been worn. Items will be shipped once payment is received and verified. All items are sent insured so if item becomes damaged or lost during shipping a claim should be filed with the US Postal Service. Shipping service is just as stated in the listing only. If you purchase two or more different sized items that can be combined for shipping, I will do that and send you a partial refund through PayPal for the difference.
