Lovely piece by Baby the Stars Shine Bright. Good quality material and fits broader shoulders and bust well due to the full shirring all around. Do beware if you're on the taller side (185cm/6'1 and up) as the skirt can be a bit short.

No damage, worn a few times, and obviously washed before selling.
