This dress was sold as like new, but i noticed the elastic on the collar seemed to have been stretched, then cut and sewn back bunching up the fabric to give the effect of it being like new, but not having any elasticity. It is now getting a new elastic, so it will take a bit to ship depending on how much my seamstress takes.
Couldn't find any other issues, and that one is getting fixed
