Purchased secondhand. The lining was cut off because it's WAAAAY smaller than the outer layer and made it impossible to wear a petti, I do not recommend reattaching it. The bows were removed to make it more office appropriate, I can reattach the bows upon request. Wrinkled, especially the waistties. There are some barely visible discolourations on the front on the large lace flowers, used to be prominent stains but has washed out (it has been machine washed in 40C multiple times).
Measurements according to me:
Skirt length excluding waistband: 51 cm
Waist: 58 - 66 cm
