I'm the second owner of both the JSK and Headbow and I bought them together and have had them for about 2 years now. They've only been worn a couple of times by me and have mainly stayed on my mannequin or in my wardrobe. From what I can see there is no damages or stains to either items but I think there is a slight worn feeling to the JSK but otherwise they are in very good condition.
The big front bow is detachable but the two smaller ones on the straps aren't.
The measurements according to lolibrary are:
Bust: 90-96cm
Waist: 72-80cm
Length: 93cm (Owner notes only 89cm length on actual garment)

I do own dogs and although they aren't allowed near my dresses some stray hairs may slip through but I will make sure it's as clean as it can be.
