Very pretty skirt only worn once. However it has been modded in the way that a bustle panel has been added, because the skirt didn't have a zipper and couldn't fit over the hips/bust. So the measurements still are accurate, it will just stretch a bit more, so you can actually put it on when your hips/bust is bigger than the max measurement.

The bustle is made with dotted soft tulle and is mounted on a panel of luxe black glitter velvet. It is well made and fits right in with the rest of the skirt.
