I bought this from japan secondhand there is nothing wrong with it other than it smells like fabric softener of some sort, it is a very small shoulder width more of 14in, it does stretch to fit but I didn't like the fit, my shoulders are 14.5in and I didn't like the fit.
It's like new no tags kept in a plastic bag. PETS, SMOKE FREE
